A cause list app built around your cases
A court's cause list shows every matter listed that day. You only need yours. CaseNiti shows today's hearings for the cases you track and, when the court has published the cause list, your item number and the bench.
Foundation plan: ₹0 for 20 cases. iPhone, Android and web.
The problem with reading the full cause list
Every working day, courts publish cause lists: long documents of every matter listed before each bench, in order. To find your own matters you open the list for each court you practise in, search for your case numbers or party names, and note the item number and court hall. Miss one entry and you can miss a hearing.
The more courts you appear in, the more lists you have to read. That work happens early in the morning, when there is least time for it.
Your hearings for today, in one view
CaseNiti starts from your cases, not from the court's list. Because each matter you add keeps its next hearing date in sync with the court record, the app can show you a daily view of every case listed today, across all the courts you track.
Today's hearings
Every matter of yours listed today, in one list, the moment you open the app.
Item number and bench
When the court has published its cause list, the entry for your case shows its item number and the judge.
Open the published list
Tap the entry to open the court's cause list document itself, without searching for it.
The calendar ahead
Beyond today, a calendar shows every upcoming date so you can plan the week.
The cause list entry appears only once the court has published it. Until then you still see the hearing in your daily view from the synced next date.
Built for the morning rush
Most advocates check their list on the way to court. CaseNiti is on iPhone and Android, so the daily view is on your phone, and on the web at app.caseniti.com when you are at your desk. Alongside each hearing you have the case's documents and any pending tasks, so you walk in with what you need.
One advocate who practises before the DRT in Jaipur put it simply:
“I have stopped feeling the need to use my diary. My whole practice now depends on CaseNiti.”

Courts covered
CaseNiti tracks matters from eCourts (district and subordinate courts), High Courts, Debt Recovery Tribunals and Consumer Forums. The hearing dates behind your daily view come from the same sync described in our eCourts case status tracker guide.
From cause list to case diary
Your daily view does the job the first page of a paper diary used to do: what is on today, and where. If you are moving off a paper diary altogether, read how CaseNiti works as a case diary app.
